If the guest does not wish to cancel the reservation, bavacana.com can offer another property that meets the same characteristics and quality standards as the original reservation.
Cancellations by the guest
Guests can cancel a reservation at any time. However, each property’s cancellation policy may vary, so guests should review the cancellation terms on the reservation page before making a reservation. If a guest cancels a reservation, bavacana.com can provide a full or partial refund depending on the situation. In the event that the host incurs additional charges due to cancellation, bavacana.com may withhold a portion of the payment.
Reservation changes
If a guest wishes to change the dates of a confirmed reservation, they must contact the host and obtain their approval. The host may be willing to change the dates at no additional charge, but this is subject to the availability of the property. If the host approves the change of dates, bavacana.com can update the reservation. If the host does not approve the change of dates, the original reservation will remain valid.
Returns
In the event that a guest has a problem with the property they have rented, they must immediately notify bavacana.com. bavacana.com will investigate the issue and if it is determined that the guest is entitled to a refund, bavacana.com will issue a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Last minute reservations
If a guest makes a last-minute reservation (less than 24 hours before check-in), the reservation may be subject to a stricter cancellation policy. The guest must review the cancellation terms before making the reservation.
